About

The FCSL Board of Trustees meets monthly and conducts an annual General Membership meeting, where policies and by-law changes are made, and new trustees are voted on.

The emphasis of BOT activities is on goals, objectives, strategies and policies to strengthen the center. The BOT establishes committees and volunteer groups, and monitors the operational process of the Center to insure the achievement of its goals.

Qualifications for serving on the Board include completion of the Science of Mind Foundations course, being a loyal financially supporting and active member. The Trustee holds an office for 2 years. The officers include President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.

Qualifications to be on the FCSL Board

  • Have completed Science of Mind Foundations
  • Willing to accept responsibilities by acknowledging
    the bylaws and related codes
  • Be a loyal, financially supporting and active member


Length of term for all trustees: 2 years
Officers include: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer

Frequency of meetings

The Board meets monthly for a 1-2 hour meeting.

Responsibilities

Establishing the Center’s mission, planning policies and procedures, setting the direction of the Center, maintaining the financial stability of the Center, set agendas and vision for the betterment of the Center and monitoring the operational process of the Center to assure the achievement of goals and objectives.
