Like the redwoods, you are both rooted and reaching.
Grounded in what holds you… growing toward the light.
You don’t have to choose between stability and growth — you are made for both.
Wherever you find yourself today, may you remember: rooted and grounded, I am.

No experience needed. Just sit, color, and enjoy the moment.

Community isn’t something you have to earn your way into. It’s a place to be seen as you are, to grow at your own pace, and to belong before you have it all figured out. We’d love to meet you.

A cup is only useful when it’s empty. So are we.
When we make space — through stillness, breath, meditation, or prayer — we become available to the living Spirit within us.
In the emptying of the small self, there is an opening of fulfillment.
May you be empty, and find peace.

You don’t have to believe a certain thing to belong here.
You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be open.
